Facilities

Avoid sunscreen in the pool

  • Sunscreen can cause the pool to close, so wash yourself thoroughly before entering the water – even if the sunscreen is waterproof or has dried completely.
  • Sunscreen dissolves in the chlorinated water and is difficult for the water treatment plant to filter out.

Swimming skills recommendations

Recommendations for swimming skills have been launched. They set goals for what children, young people and adults in Denmark should be able to do in the wet element. The TrygFonden, SvømDanmark, DGI and Dansk Skoleidræt are behind them.
