Here you can read about how the Municipality of Copenhagen's swimming pools process your personal data.
You can read about the terms and conditions that apply to the purchase of tickets, season tickets and season passes, as well as the use of the swimming pools, in the terms and conditions.
1. Purpose and legal basis
Copenhagen Municipality's swimming pools only use the information you provide us when you purchase tickets, clip and season tickets to ensure delivery of the ticket so that you can subsequently use our swimming pools. This is a lawful legal basis for processing personal data, cf. Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
2. Types of personal data
Here you can read what information the Copenhagen Municipality's swimming pools use when you buy tickets, membership cards or period cards.
If you shop as a guest at our vending machines, we do not process your personal data.
If you shop as a guest via our website, we only need your email address so we can send you the ticket.
If you create a user account, we will use the following information so that you can receive the correct
discount and card or ticket:
- Name
- Email (username) or mobile phone number
- Password
- Postal code
- I am disabled (yes/no answer)
- I am retired (yes/no answer)
- I am a student (yes/no answer)
- Photo (If you have an annual or monthly card, there must be a photo to document who you are)
- Transaction and order history
Optional:
- Address
- Town
- Country
If you request a refund for tickets or admission tickets, we ask for the following information, which we use to identify the ticket or admission ticket you want refunded and transfer the money to your NemKonto:
- Social Security Number
- Name
- Mobile number

In order to provide you with the best service in connection with the sale of tickets, cutting and period cards, Copenhagen Municipality's swimming pools use a data processor:

4. Deletion
We only store your personal data for as long as required by law. This is typically 5 years according to the Danish Accounting Act.

When we use your personal data, you have a number of rights. These include:

- The right to erasure
- The right to restriction of processing
