Ticket purchase options
You can buy tickets and cards via the Webshop or at the payment machines. Tickets and cards give access to our public swimming pools. You can see the prices here. However, weekend tickets can only be used in Valby Water Culture Centre and Øbro-Hallen.

Buy ➔ scan ➔ swim
At the swimming pool's payment machine, scan the QR code that you received in your email or is associated with your profile. The QR code can either be scanned via your mobile phone or on paper if you have printed it out.
When you scan the QR code, a wristband will come out that you must wear until you leave the swimming pool. If you have a profile, you can also log in with your username and password instead of using your QR code.
Of course, you are always welcome to ask the staff if you have any questions.
Spa
Tickets for the spa in Øbro-Hallen are purchased in connection with booking a timeslot .
The spa is offered in 2-hour time slots. The 2 hours include changing and washing before using the facilities, as well as changing after use.
Baby swimming
Baby swimming in Øbro-Hallen is purchased in connection with booking a timeslot .
A baby ticket gives access for a baby with an adult for the booked half hour in the Baby Pool.
Any additional parent purchases a ticket for the swimming pool and only has access to the baby pool, provided that it is not fully booked.
Single tickets and additional tickets can be purchased without a profile
You do not need a profile to buy single tickets or additional tickets, and you can buy your ticket directly at the payment machine in the swimming pool or via our Webshop .
If you buy your ticket online, you will receive a QR code via email that you scan at the swimming pool. If you are unsure how it works, you can read more here on the page under the heading “Buy, scan, swim” or watch the video.
Membership cards and annual passes can be purchased via your profile
You must have a profile and be logged in to buy membership cards and annual passes. To create a profile, you must have an email address or a mobile number. You create your profile in the top right via our Webshop.
Please note that you can have multiple cards, such as a membership card and a pensioner card, associated with the same profile. You cannot have two annual cards associated with the same profile.
On your profile you have a QR code that you scan at the swimming pool's payment machine. If you are unsure how it works, you can read more about it below.
Payment in Copenhagen's swimming pools
You can pay with most common payment cards or MobilePay. If you do not have the option of paying this way, you can get a KBH Payment Card from Borgerservice. To get a KBH Payment Card, you must book an appointment with Citizen Service at kk.dk or by calling 3366 3366 .

My child is going to the swimming pool alone. How do we buy a ticket?
At the swimming pools you must buy a ticket either via the Webshop or the machine in the foyer.
Once you have purchased the ticket via the Webshop , you will receive a QR code in your email, which you can print out and give to your child. Alternatively, you can take a picture of the QR code, which your child can scan at the swimming pool with their smartphone.
Your child may go to the swimming pool without an adult when the child is 7 years old.
Bracelet
When you redeem your ticket at the payment machine, a wristband will be printed. You must wear the wristband on your wrist when you are in the swimming pool.
The wristband is the staff's way of seeing that you have paid. If you do not wear it visibly, the staff has the right to expel you.
Our bracelets are environmentally and allergy-friendly, and free of phthalates. The bracelets are disposed of with residual waste and are used for district heating or electricity.
Is there still staff at the swimming pool?
Yes, there is always staff present when you go swimming.
In the Municipality of Copenhagen we have a high level of safety, and there is always a lifeguard present at the pools. You will still be able to get hold of staff at the swimming pool who can help you.
