Øbro-Hallen's spa offers a number of options for relaxation, pampering and stimulation of the senses.

Note
On Mondays, the spa pool temperature is lower than 38° until approx. 4:00 PM due to backwashing of filters.
On Tuesdays, the relax pool is backwashed, so a slightly lower temperature in the morning can be expected.
Tickets
- Purchased at ticket machines or when booking .
- Book and pay for a current timeslot. A timeslot has a duration of 2 hours including changing before and after the spa itself.
- Please note that if you purchase a ticket without a profile, we are unable to change your booking or notify you of cancellation in the event of a service outage.
- The time slot includes changing and use of the facilities. The spa and changing facilities must be vacated by the end of the time slot at the latest.
- Access wristbands are printed via the machine set up in the spa area.
Practical information
- Minimum age 15 years.
- Changing rooms are separated by gender, while the spa area and other facilities are shared by all guests.
- A ticket gives access to the spa's facilities and access to the rest of the swimming pool in the timeslot for which the ticket has been redeemed.
- We strive to keep all activities operational, but downtime on individual services may occur. No compensation will be provided for downtime on activities.
- Access to the hot water pool and sauna in the area is shown in the timeslot overview.
- It is recommended that you bring two towels – one for the seat and one for the hand towel.
- You must bring your own drinking bottle.
- Alcohol is not allowed in the spa.

Shower therapy
In the showers in the wellness area you can rinse your body before and after using the various facilities.
Caldarium
Roman steam bath, which is more intensive than the traditional steam bath, as you get both the effects of the steam and radiant heat from heated seats and walls.
Steam bath
With a humidity of 100%, the traditional steam bath provides a pleasant, total heat experience that can relieve respiratory problems and colds.
Finnish sauna
The dry heat has a relaxing effect on the body..
Foot therapy
The infrared heat penetrates your muscles, joints and tissues, increasing blood circulation and oxygen supply, helping your body heal itself.
Infrared sauna
Lean back on the heated bench and enjoy the light ceiling, which is believed to have a beneficial effect against winter depression.

Changing rooms
The spa has its own changing area. You can use the changing cabins if you wish, the cabins cannot be locked.
The lockers in the department are used for storing personal belongings during the visit.

You get access to Øbro-Hallen's other swimming pools and large communal sauna, as well as access to a terrace with a cold water shower.
Spa pool - 38º, 2.5m x 4.5m
Hot jets create bubbling water in the pool, which massages and gives you renewed energy in your body.
Heated chairs
Lie down and warm your body completely in our heated chairs.
Hot water pool, Relax pool - 33º, 4.15m x 9.9m
Heated pool in quiet surroundings, which is well suited for rehabilitating joints and muscles.
The pool is also used by associations and is not available in all timeslots.
