For applications involving the use of SvømKBH’s facilities, the applicant must accept the following terms and conditions
- The Culture and Leisure Administration (KFF) KFF disclaims all liability for any damage that may occur in connection with the event, and KFF bears no responsibility for any damage that the user of the premises may cause to the applicant’s property, staff, or others. The applicant is obligated, to the greatest extent possible, to prevent imminent damage and/or limit its extent.
- The conduct of the event must not result in liability or expenses for KFF, nor cause unnecessary inconvenience or danger to others in the area.
- No alterations may be made to the facilities, nor may open flames or anything else that could potentially harm people or the facilities be used. The use of music requires separate permission.
- Permits from relevant authorities, such as By & Havn, the police, and the fire department, must be obtained in advance and presented to KFF upon request.
- Instructions given by representatives of KFF must be followed immediately, and no claims may be made against KFF in this regard.
